Ingredients
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1 C Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs in blender ,add milk beat again.
  2. Add salt beat again. Gradually add flour while blending.
  3. Heat muffins tins with ¾ tsp lard in each tin in 450 - 475 oven until hot.
  4. they should be smoking!
  5. Pour in blended mixture quickly
  6. Be sure to blend again just before putting into tins.
  7. Bake at 450 for 15 min.
