- 1-2 lb of Goat meat
- 2 Potatoes quartered
- 3 Carrots large pieces
- Soak all in Meat Marinade a links to the recipe is found at the bottom of this page
- Add all to marinade
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for a 2-3 hours. The meat is finished when the juices run clear. Let the cooked meat rest for 20 minutes before carving.
