  • 250 g of cream cheese
  • 250 ml of whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbs of flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • optional cocoa powder, matcha, rum soaked raisin
  1. Make sure cream cheese is room temperature
  2. Preheat the oven 190 Celsius/ 375 F
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer about 2 mins or until smooth without lumps
  4. Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
