Ingredients
  • 2 cans (15 oz) your favorite chili (stag is good) or make your own chili
  • 1 can (8¾ oz)corn niblets (Drained)
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilles (drained slightly) rotel is the best
  • 8 oz of velveeta or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine chili, corn, cheese ant tomatoes
  2. spray casserole dish with pam or grease with oil
  3. layer ⅓ of chili on bottom of dish
  4. using your hands crush 3 or 4 handfuls of chips and sprinkle over chili to make second layer.
  5. Put another layer of chili on top of chips
  6. put a second layer of crushed chips top as before
  7. put last bit of chili over the chips
  8. top with extra cheese
  9. bake at 350 25 to 30 min until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
  10. Serve with a salad
