Mushroom Rolls
- ½c chopped onions
- ½ lb chopped mushrooms
- ¼c butter
- 8oz cream cheese
- ½ tsp. worcestershire
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 1 loaf white bread{sliced}
- butter for brushing
- Put onion, Mushrooms and butter into frying pan. Saute until soft and onion is clear. Add cream cheese in chunks.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until cheese melts. Let stand until cool.
- Remove crusts from bread.
- Roll each slice with rolling pin
- Brush with butter. Spread mushroom mixture on each slice and roll up as jelly roll Brush with melted butter.
- Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
- Place on tray to freeze or make immediately
- Bake @400 10 to 15 min on ungreased sheet.
