- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 1 clove garlic gated
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 2 TBS saki
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- Potato starch Flour
- Vegetable oil
- Grate the garlic and ginger add to saki and soy to make a sauce
- Cut the chicken into chunks, marinate for at least 30 minutes in the above sauce
- Roll marinated chicken chunks in the potato starch and deep fry immediately
- Remove Chicken from fryer, and drizzle soy sauce on chicken while hot.
