- ¾ Cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200 mL Dashi Water (Fish Broth)
- ¼ Large Cabbage Shredder or chopped finely
- ½ Finley Grated Nagaimo or Ground Flax seed
- About ½ a pound of Meat or Seafood sliced meat is best
- Japanese Sauce Seaweed flakes and or Mayonnaise
- Cook sliced meat or seafood and set aside
- Mix Dry Ingredients
- Make a well add Dashi, Eggs, and Nagaimo mixing well to form a batter
- Add cabbage and some Kim-chi optional
- Grill or Fry about 5 mins per side
