- 250 g of cream cheese
- 250 ml of whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbs of flour
- 100 g sugar
- pinch of salt
- optional cocoa powder, matcha, rum soaked raisin
- Make sure cream cheese is room temperature
- Preheat the oven 190 Celsius/ 375 F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer about 2 mins or until smooth without lumps
- Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
