Lauras' Rhubarb Cake

Aquick and easy and delicious cake
Ingredients
  • CAKE
  • ½ c butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups rhubarb cut small
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • ½ c Brown Sugar you can use Brown Sugar Splenda
  • 3 4 tsp cinnamon
  • nutmeg (freshly ground to taste)
  • Topping:
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 3 to 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 to 4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix Cake ingredients and scoop and spread into a greased cake pan
  2. Mix topping and sprinkle on top
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 to 60 min.
