Lauras' Rhubarb Cake

- CAKE
- ½ c butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups rhubarb cut small
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- TOPPING
- ½ c Brown Sugar you can use Brown Sugar Splenda
- 3 4 tsp cinnamon
- nutmeg (freshly ground to taste)
- Topping:
- ½ c brown sugar
- 3 to 4 tsp brown sugar
- 3 to 4 tsp cinnamon
- Mix Cake ingredients and scoop and spread into a greased cake pan
- Mix topping and sprinkle on top
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 60 min.
