- 1 cup dicon
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup ham
- ½ cup canned or boiled baby scallops
- ½ cup homeaid mayo
- ¼ cup sesame or hemp seed
- Slice, dicon cucumber and ham into small pieces
- Add scallops, you can subsitute canned tuna, or we used pickled herring a bit gross try to use scallops if you can
- Mix all in a large bowl with mayo and seeds
