- 1⅓ C sugar
- ½ C vinegar
- ½ C water
- ½ C oil
- 1 28 - 32 oz German Saurkraut
- 1 C chopped onions
- 1 C chopped celery
- 1 C chopped green pepper
- 1 C chopped red pepper
- Bring to boil and cool the sugar, vinegar, water, and oil . Mix veggies together and pour liquid over.
