Pizza Dough

- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 2 Tbsp lukewarmWater
- 1 C boiling water
- 2 Tbsp lard
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 3 C flour
- Sprinkle yeast over 2 T water.
- let stand 5 to 10 min.
- Pour boiling water over lard and salt.
- Stir.
- Add ½ flour and beat until smooth.
- Add remaining flour and knead by hand
