- Rhubarb Cake Cake
- 1½ C sugar
- ½ C butter
- 1 egg
- 2 C fine chopped rhubarb
- 1 C sour or butter milk
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp soda & bkg pwd
- dash salt 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ C pecans
- Topping: ½ sugar br or wht,
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp butter - mix with hands
- Mix ingredients and sprinkle with topping and bake in 8 x 8 pan at 350
