1 cup chopped pecans (can be toasted) Topping 16 oz cream cheese softened, 1 C butter, and 2 lbs confectioners sugar ( I just added until it looked right) 2 tsp vanilla and remaining chopped pecans
Instructions
In lg bowl combine dry ingredients add eggs, bananas, oil, pineapple and vanilla - beat - stir in ¾ cup pecans
Pour into 3 round bkg pans- (spring form pans are best )
bake at 350 25 to 30 mins or until done - Cool 10 min or longer then remove to wire racks and cool.
To Frost combine ingredients and beat til smooth
