  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1 clove garlic gated
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 TBS saki
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • Potato starch Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  1. Grate the garlic and ginger add to saki and soy to make a sauce
  2. Cut the chicken into chunks, marinate for at least 30 minutes in the above sauce
  3. Roll marinated chicken chunks in the potato starch and deep fry immediately
  4. Remove Chicken from fryer, and drizzle soy sauce on chicken while hot.
