Ingredients
- 1 wht cake mix
- ¾ C oil
- 1 C 7 up
- 3 eggs
- 2 pkg Pistachio inst pudding
- 1 C chopped walnuts (opt)
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip 1½ C Milk
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, oil, 7 up, eggs, 1 pkg pudding, and walnuts together and place in a 9 X12 greased pan and bake 40 to 45 min at 350.
- When cool ice with cover up icing : 2 envelopes dream whip, 1 pkg pudding and 1 & ½ C milk. Cover with coconut and refrigerate.
