Ingredients
  • Rhubarb Cake Cake
  • 1½ C sugar
  • ½ C butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 C fine chopped rhubarb
  • 1 C sour or butter milk
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tsp soda & bkg pwd
  • dash salt 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ C pecans
  • Topping: ½ sugar br or wht,
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp butter - mix with hands
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients and sprinkle with topping and bake in 8 x 8 pan at 350
