Mushrooms Rolls

Mushroom Rolls
 
Recipe type: Appetizer
Ingredients
  • ½c chopped onions
  • ½ lb chopped mushrooms
  • ¼c butter
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp. worcestershire
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 loaf white bread{sliced}
  • butter for brushing
Instructions
  1. Put onion, Mushrooms and butter into frying pan. Saute until soft and onion is clear. Add cream cheese in chunks.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir until cheese melts. Let stand until cool.
  3. Remove crusts from bread.
  4. Roll each slice with rolling pin
  5. Brush with butter. Spread mushroom mixture on each slice and roll up as jelly roll Brush with melted butter.
  6. Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
  7. Place on tray to freeze or make immediately
  8. Bake @400 10 to 15 min on ungreased sheet.
