  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 mL Dashi Water (Fish Broth)
  • ¼ Large Cabbage Shredder or chopped finely
  • ½ Finley Grated Nagaimo or Ground Flax seed
  • About ½ a pound of Meat or Seafood sliced meat is best
  • Japanese Sauce Seaweed flakes and or Mayonnaise
  1. Cook sliced meat or seafood and set aside
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients
  3. Make a well add Dashi, Eggs, and Nagaimo mixing well to form a batter
  4. Add cabbage and some Kim-chi optional
  5. Grill or Fry about 5 mins per side
